Charles Spurgeon wrote about the bridge of salvation.  “The bridge of grace will bear your weight, my friend.  Thousands of big sinners have gone across that bridge, even tens of thousands.  I can hear their trampings now as they traverse the great arches of the bridge of salvation.  They come by the thousands, by the myriads, ever since that day when Christ first entered His glory.  This mighty bridge has held up just fine.  Some have been the chiefest of sinners and some have come at the very last of their days, but the arch has never yielded beneath their weight.  I will go with them, trusting in the same support.  It will bear me over as it has for them.”

SENIOR ADULT LUNCH TRIP

All adults, ages 55 & better, are invited to travel together to The Commissary in Collierville.  Leave OBC at 10:00 am.  Cost for the buffet is $10 each and includes transportation.  Sign up at the Front Welcome Center.

Everyone is invited to bring your work gloves and come join one of the Samaritan’s Purse work crews! If you have a chainsaw, bring it.  Ages 14 and older are welcome to serve.  Sign up at the Front Welcome Center.

ALCORN BAPTIST PRAYER BANQUET

FLORAL ARRANGEMENT CLASS
Thursday, April 2 • 6:00-8:00 PM • The Party Barn
All ladies are invited to learn how to make a fresh floral centerpiece for your Easter Sunday table.  The Party Barn is located at 455A County Road 512.  Cost is $40 each.  Register & pay online, in the Church Office or at the door.  Childcare provided at the same location.  The deadline to sign up is March 19.
