From Our Pastor
The average age of great civilizations in history have been two hundred years. Each one started strong and then fell into moral and spiritual decline. That being true, that means that America is living on borrowed time.
Our nation is falling into the same pattern. Since 1960:
We have become a nation marked, not by what someone will do to us, but what we do to ourselves.
Our nation is falling into the same pattern. Since 1960:
- A 560% increase in illegitimate births
- A quadrupling in divorces
- More than 200% increase in teenage suicides
- A drop of 75 points in the average SAT score
We have become a nation marked, not by what someone will do to us, but what we do to ourselves.
